Which weight Loss Product

Which weight loss product should you choose.

This is very much down to two things, how fast you want to lose weight, and are you worried about possible side effects.
It is a fact, that those products that produce the most amazing results are the ones most likely to produce side effects. Having said that, thousands of people now swear by the super fast weight loss products, and have had their lives transformed.

What is it that is different about the fast weight loss products.

The fast weight loss products, the ones that really do the business, are stimulant based, they contain ephedrine and are known as thermogenics (fat burners). Popular ephedrine based products include Hydroxycut, Xenadrine, (but NOT Xenadrine EFX), Ripped Fuel and Stacker 2. These are the products that can shed weight at an incredible rate, but also carry some risk of side effects.

The non ephedrine based products are also very effective, but you will not lose weight as quickly as the ephedrine based products. However, the chances of side effects are greatly reduced. Popular non ephedrine based weight loss products include Xenadrine EFX, Cutting Gel, Metabolic Thyrolean and the Hollywood 48 hour miracle diet.

So how much weight can you expect to lose and how fast.

Everyone is different, so the results will not be the same for everyone. But as a guide, using an ephedrine based product such as Hydroxycut you can expect to lose 10 to 20 lbs in a month. Some people will lose a lot more, some a little less.
If you decide to use a non ephedrine based weight loss product such as Metabolic Thyrolean, then 5 to 7 lbs a month should be achievable. Again, some will lose more, some less.

You want to lose weight fast but are worried about side effects.

The answer is probably to try a thermogenic ephedrine based weight loss product, but start out slow and see how you react to the product. If all goes well then move up to the normal dosage.

Some people have reported no side effects when taking the starter dose, but then experienced side effects when moving up to the higher dosage in subsequent weeks. If this is the case then continuing to take the weight loss product, but only at the starter dosage will still result in significant weight loss, but you will feel more comfortable and more likely to continue taking the product until you reach the weight loss you are looking for.

You can start slowly, don't feel obliged to take the normal dosage straight away, move up to that when you are happy, and if you start to experience side effects that make you anxious, move back down to a dosage you were happy with.

We hear a lot about the side effects of some weight loss products. But we should try and keep things in perspective. We all know that peanuts can result in very serious side effects
for some people. But peanuts are still available everywhere, the vast majority of us show no side effects, and we still buy and consume them.

If you come under any of the categories below, then avoid stimulant based weight loss products all together.

Do not use stimulant weight loss products if you are pregnant or nursing.

Do not take stimulant based weight loss products if you are at risk or being treated for high blood pressure, liver, thyroid, or psychiatric disease, diabetes, pernicious anemia, nervousness, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, cardiac arrhythmias, stroke, or pheochromacytoma.
Consult your health care professional before use if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or other prescription drug.
